Introduction

This will eventually develop in to a collection of things I have found useful while learning to cook, in the mean time it contains only list of recipes I have adapted over the years to to my tastes. The sources, if any, will be added as I remember them.

Recipes

• Curry Chicken - A very basic, but tasty, curry chicken recipe. This is based on the first Indian-style curry I ever had. The recipe has changed quite a lot since I was first introduced to it in mid 2000, but I think it retains some authenticity.
