Adding 'Security Templates' to an MMC console

1. Click Start | Run, type mmc, click OK
2. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in...
3. In Add or Remove Snap-ins:
   1. Click Security Templates, the 'Add >' button, and then Close
   2. Finally, click OK to dismiss the dialog.
4. Finally, on the File menu, click Save
